Terms and conditions of the loan
• First open the bank account with sufficient funds to pay the valuation.
• The valuation is done on the value now (plot and project) and the value with the property completed.
• The bank will lend 50% of the purchase of the land/project according to the valuation.
• Then the bank will work on the valuation of the project completed.
• They will then lend money on a certification basis. Once works are completed on a monthly basis the constructor will provide a certificate which is signed by the Architect and double checked by the valuation company. Somebody with power of attorney goes to the notary and 3 days later the money is released.


The bank will be happy to give 2 years interest only which is renewably.
